Thank you for your interest in wedding flowers from our farm!  We would love to be a part of your special day.  At Ultreia Farm & Wellness, we organically grow dozens of varieties of heirloom cut flowers and specialize in one-of-a-kind, seasonally-inspired arrangements.  You can be guaranteed that the freshest, highest quality, straight-from-the-garden, local blooms will be a part of your special day.

Here in western Colorado, we offer our wedding flower services in the months of April through October.  Below you will find everything you need to get started.  We welcome any questions and look forward to the opportunity of working together!

  • Wedding flowers a la carte are perfect for the couple that enjoys our signature elegant, seasonally-inspired, and clean design style. The design work will all be completed by us. You simply need to order which types and quantities of arrangements you will need.

  • Wedding flowers a la carte are perfect for the couple that would like to have the ability to specify a general color palette and design style. Two options are given for color palette (bold/bright and soft pastel) and three design style options are available.

  • Wedding flowers a la carte are perfect for the couple that LOVES supporting local, organic agriculture and that enjoys a fresh, sometimes wild, garden-fresh, and elegant style.

  • Wedding flowers a la carte are perfect for the couple that doesn’t want any price tag surprises! All types of arrangements are priced out on our “flower menu” without any hidden fees. There is a $350 order minimum (excluding taxes and any delivery fees) for this option.

the process

  • Read through all materials on the website, including the FAQs page, carefully.

  • If you’d like to move forward with reserving your date and flowers from Ultreia, fill out this Google Form and questionnaire.  If you have any questions on this form, email ultreiafarmandwellness@gmail.com

  • Within five (5) business days of receiving your inquiry, Ultreia will respond with an estimate using the details you have provided.

  • After approving your order, email or mail a copy of your signed contract with a 50% down payment to reserve your date on our calendar.  Your down payment will be applied to your final balance.  Payment by check or cash is preferred, or Venmo and credit card are accepted with a 5% processing fee.

  • Four weeks prior to your event we will reconnect with you for a pre-event check-in by phone.  Additions, substitutions, and small changes can be made at this time.  Pick up arrangements will be solidified at this time.

  • Final payment is due two weeks or 14 days prior to your event.  Checks payable to Ultreia Farm or cash are preferred.  Venmo and credit card are accepted but will incur a 5% processing fee.

  • Flowers will be available at the pre-arranged time and place.  All buckets and vessels can be kept and do not need to be returned.  Flowers should be stored in the coolest, most shaded spot available until the time of your event.  Delivery is available for an additional fee.

    • Attendant’s bouquet: smaller version of the bridal bouquet, $115

    • Petite bouquet: perfect for junior bridesmaid, flower girl, or to toss, $75

    • Boutonniere, $25

    • Corsage, wrist or pin-on, $35

    • Centerpiece arrangement: dramatic, eye-catching arrangement, $185

    • Focal arrangement: lush and lovely but doesn’t steal the show, $125

    • Petite focal arrangement: a more modest version of the focal arrangement, $75

    • Miniature table arrangement: sweet, textured, colorful, $40

    • Bud vases (set of 5): perfect to decorate bar, high-top cocktail tables, or interspersed at guests tables, 3-4 stems per vase $75

    • Cake flowers: small bucket of loose flowers, $45
